Rachel and Sean’s wedding day at the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center started in the most laid-back, beautiful way, right in their hotel suite, surrounded by all the little details that make a wedding uniquely theirs. Thanks to Papery, we kicked off with a killer flat-lay of their custom invitations (hello, citrus-print details and tarot cards!), pearl drop earrings, and a handful of fresh roses that perfectly echoed the blues and oranges you’d see later that night.
After a sweet first look in front of the reflection pool, we wandered around the greenhouse and botanical garden, grabbing portraits in every beautiful scene we found. It was like nature had rolled out the perfect backdrop.
Before the greenhouse ceremony, Rachel and Sean shared a Badeken moment in that cozy seating nook, complete with a velvet-blue sofa and pops of burnt orange in the poufs and pillows. It was intimate and sweet. (The photo of him pulling over her veil gets me every. single. time.) When the ceremony began, the light streaming in through the glass windows made everything feel soft and intimate, but also incredibly vibrant. Their chuppah was draped in white and sky-blue hydrangeas, and you could feel the plant-filled walls leaning in to witness those vows.
And then came the party. Oh, the party. The food provided by Constellation Catering was top tier, as always. The hora was wild, in the best way. It had that electric energy where no one could sit still, and honestly, that vibe carried right through the night. The colors, blues and oranges, worked their magic, from the chic furniture rentals to the jaw-dropping floating floral wall behind the head table. It was the perfect mix of fun and sophistication, and every detail—from the vibrant florals to the furniture—just clicked. The true cherry on top was a wedding appearance from none other than Gritty – the Flyers’ mischievous mascot. The entire room erupted in cheers, laughs, and even what sounded like battle cries.
