I knew from the first phone call with Christine that their Super 8 film was going to be fantastic. Her and Jon were into anything I suggested, anything that could make the day and the film the most fun. My goal is not only to keep things focused and make a great film but to reduce stress as much as possible, before the wedding day. So that when my movie camera is ticking away film, you are your best-self; you know…
the stress-free, light and open version of you.
While every wedding is personal, several traditions/events tend to be essential at every wedding. And in that time there are many opportunities to capture genuine laughs and smitten glances. But to get to the sweet spot, it’s the access from the couple (and the family & friends who will follow suit) that allows us to capture those real moments and real personalities.
Jon and Christine’s THING that made their wedding stand out was the zealous welcome they extended to us, immediately including us in their day, with their friends and family. Well.., that and the soft-serve sundae aaannnddd the visit from their dog Sam. Now it’s time to share that back with them.
