Jessica and Chases’s Overbrook Wedding was elegant and timeless, full of fun and laughter. We love photographing at Overbrook with it’s romantic tree-lined drive and historic estate, it truly feels like you’re in the English countryside. The bridal suite was a blur of girls getting ready in their pretty floral robes and Jessica was cool as a cucumber all day.
Jessica’s bouquet was one of my all-time favorites from the talented Nancy Saam, it looked like she had just picked it from the garden. Sometimes white bouquets can easily be overlooked in their tidy traditional ways, but this one was wild and luscious with orchids popping out and nice dark greenery to contrast with the creamy whites. And her dress, I won’t even talk about her dress, just look at the pictures. It was made for Jessica, it was just perfect.
Jessica and Chase were married at Saint Thomas of Villanova Church which is just so pretty itself with it’s white soaring arches and intricate carvings. We’ve photographed there so many times and I never get tired of the feeling when you enter. It’s quite uplifting whereas most churches have a feeling of solemness when you enter. It’s a very unique church and obviously in high-demand. All in all, it was really just an exceptionally lovely day. Congrats Jessica and Chase!
