We are so honored to have one of our favorite Philadelphia winter weddings chosen as the Top 10 Best of Real Weddings 2017 by Philly in Love! We were in good company at this Philadelphia Racquet Club wedding with some of our favorite “friendors” like Cottage Flowers and Jeffrey Miller Catering. This is a great wedding to get inspiration for your own winter wedding. The green boughs, puffs of raw cotton, gold-painted artichokes, and pinecones were brought into all the decor to unveil a seasonal richness that matched the stateliness of the historic Racquet Club.

Though it was quite chilly, we ventured outside to do some photos of the bride and groom in Rittenhouse Square and in front of City Hall before heading into the warmth of the Racquet Club. The Christmas tree was lit, the band was playing, and everyone raised a glass to this sweet couple on their wedding day.

It’s especially exciting to have a wedding chosen for Philly in Love’s Best of Real Weddings 2017 because of just how rich the talent pool of wedding professionals is in Philadelphia. From photographers to florists, from designers to makeup artists, I think Philadelphia has some of the most innovative and creative people in the business. Which makes us even more humble to be chosen for this honor.
