. union trust wedding
Taylor and Ryan’s Union Trust wedding day was packed with all the good stuff—light, laughter, real moments, and a team that worked together like a well-oiled (but very happy) machine. We had the honor of capturing both photo and video, which always feels like our sweet spot. The day started at the Union League of Philadelphia. The girls explored the library before we captured some portraits in there. Meanwhile. Dutch and the guys hung out in the Cigar Bar and front lounge. Then onto Old City with a first look tucked into the 18th Century Garden. Golden light filtered through the trees, and little piles of crunchy fall leaves collected in the corners. The two read private vows to each other. It was simple and exactly how they wanted to start the day—just the two of them, tucked away while the rest of the city carried on.
We wandered over to the Merchants’ Exchange for portraits next—those clean lines and cobblestones never get old—and then made our way to Union Trust. That ceremony space is always impressive, but theirs felt especially striking. The marble walls, the soaring ceilings, the soft white draping on their chuppah—it was timeless, chic, and clean. You could feel the joy in the room the second the ceremony began, and by the time they broke the glass, everyone was fully locked in and ready to celebrate.
The reception was on a whole different level. Taylor and Ryan made their entrance from the balcony (honestly, one of the coolest parts of Union Trust), sparklers lighting up the room as they raised their arms and grinned like two giddy teenagers. We swear they didn’t stop smiling once. That joy just radiated through every corner of the night.
From the first dance to the final songs, the party did not slow down. Finley Catering crushed it with the food, as always. The dance floor was packed with people absolutely losing it. Taylor and Ryan brought the fun and never let it go, and we were just lucky to be along for the ride, cameras in hand.
