Alissa and Andrew couldn’t have picked a better fall day for their Hotel Du Village wedding. The skies were clear, the air was crisp, and New Hope, was the perfect spot to bring their vision to life. This hidden gem, with its manicured gardens, colorful blooms, and cozy chateau vibe, set the tone for a day that was just as beautiful as it was relaxed. It definitely didn’t hurt that Kimi, with Branches and Blooms Design, and Amanda, with Smiling through Chaos came together to create a timeless design that perfectly complemented the venue.
After getting ready in the estate, the couple met for a first look in the garden and boy was it sweet. Alissa and Andrew were both so nervous, they couldn’t stop laughing. The moment they locked eyes you could feel the air lighten as their anxious giggles turned into happy tears. Their Hotel du Village wedding ceremony took place in front of a wide-open cornfield just as the sun started to set. Two towering floral columns, overflowing with white blooms, framed the couple as they said their vows—it was stunning and simple all at once. Not to mention the changing leaves on all of the surrounding trees felt like paid actors.
The sunset ceremony was gorgeous, but the real party kicked off inside. The reception was held in the rustic yet elegant interior of the venue, with round tables decked out in more gorgeous white florals. The mix of natural wood and fresh flowers gave the space a timeless but totally inviting feel. As guests settled in, the music started, and it didn’t take long for the dance floor to fill up. Everyone was singing, dancing, and letting loose. Alissa and Andrew were right in the thick of it, laughing and enjoying every second. The couple showed just how precious and selfless they are when a Super Mario birthday cake came out onto the dance floor for Alissa’s nephew. Everyone was cheering as he excitedly blew out the candles. His little face was absolutely priceless. By the end of the night, it was clear this wedding was something special—equal parts elegant and fun, just like the couple themselves.
