When someone asks us to photograph their wedding, it is an honor. It is a big responsibility to be tasked with and we don’t take it lightly. We love to photograph, to document people’s story, to create beautiful portraits. But what has really stuck with us over the years, what really makes us love what we do, is the people. We have been incredibly blessed with the caliber of people who have come into the Sweetwater family. I look through these photos below and just feel so lucky at how connected I feel to our couples.

Some are people we met at a friend’s wedding years ago that then hired us to photograph theirs. Some were already like family because we’d photograph both of their sibling’s weddings. Some came to us brand new and became lifelong friends. I don’t know if it’s luck or something that our brand projects, but we just attract good people. Our clients are not only nice, they are generous and kind, creative and smart. They trust us to make the best pictures we know how to. We put our heart and our soul into our photos, knowing that our couples will appreciate our efforts for a lifetime. Memories stem from photos and we give them that opportunity to remember those moments.  That’s what makes me love my job. That’s what keeps me in weddings. That’s why I started Sweetwater.
