Where is a better place to get married and make art-y Super 8mm films than at an actual art museum? Monica and Justin’s choice of the Michener Art Museum was perfecto. We love shooting in the outside courtyard spaces and making use of the multiple sculpture gardens. The Doylestown institution has multiple galleries and other hidden areas we’ve made great and dramatic use of, especially with the exhibition lighting.

So we had fun making this Super 8 film in the spitting rain and windy wind. Monica and Justin were troopers to stick it out for photos (shot by the talented Jim Heine) and filmings. I knew these two had an adventurous spirit as they’re no stranger to traveling to exotic locations around the globe. We share a couple similar routes but I especially hold dear our crossed paths of Sri Lanka.
