A rockabilly wedding at Hill Country BBQ, can’t think of any place more fitting for Alisha and Ryan’s wedding. Alisha in her June Carter-esque blue lace wedding dress. Short and sassy, just like her. She wore cowboy boots and my favorite tattoo – Dale Cooper’s face in a mug of coffee (fun fact, Alisha met Kyle MacLachlan a few months ago and showed him his likeness on her arm). Ryan’s been on tour with his own band so it was pretty fitting to get married on a stage. His audacious, heartfelt vows had everyone rolling. There was Texas BBQ, beer and margaritas. Live music in the basement hung with lights and the sweetest honkey tonk band that you’ve ever heard. We loved this wedding. Dutch rolled Super8 and Dutch’s brother, the talented TJ, shot with me. Huff brothers together again. Also, Alisha is a photographer which made this even more fun. Oh, and they had a “cheese” cake, which was literally a tower of cheese decorated with cheese plus some prosciutto. Let’s just call it a charcuterie cake and make all your dreams come true.
