Chloe and Chris. I was standing in their backyard a few hours before I met them for the first time. I swear that’s not as creepy as it sounds. It’s strange, really, and quite serendipitous. I was scouting our bride, Whitney’s, parent’s yard for her upcoming wedding photos. Whitney’s mom Pam was showing me around and led me to a barn they rent out. When she said her tenants were both veterinarians I jokingly asked if their names were Chloe and Chris? She gave me surprised look and said, yes! Here’s the kicker: I was stopping off to scout for Whitney’s wedding on my way to Valley Forge to photograph Chloe and Chris! And here I was standing in Chloe and Chris’s backyard before I’d ever even met them. I love when things like that happen! So crazy! While they knew each other was getting married, they hadn’t discussed any specifics at all so they had no idea they were using the same photographers! Small world indeed.
Here’s a few favorites from Chloe and Chris’s engagement session at Valley Forge park with more to come in a few days. I just made an engagement guest book for their Grace Winery wedding coming up in a few weeks! So excited to see these photos in print!
