The Greeks know how to throw a party. Never before have we experienced a reception quite this full of traditional dancing + laughter + and money flying everywhere. During each dance (first dance, parents dances, any dance really) guests would come up one by one and rain money down onto the couple. The band would actually have to sweep it up every so often because the floor was getting slippery with cash. Such a fun tradition to watch and one that was new to us, too. From the dances with Cynthia and Terry’s family and close friends at home while getting ready to the exchanging of the head garlands during the ceremony, the day was laden with Greek traditions. We couldn’t be happier for Cynthia and Terry and their contagious smiles that had us beaming right along with them.
